Returns and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid coaching services provided by Vorxenortynrozau in Australia.

Cancellation before start

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the first session are generally eligible for a full refund minus transaction processing costs where applicable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests lodged at least 24 hours in advance are accommodated subject to calendar availability.

Mid-program changes

If scope changes during an active package, remaining value may be converted to service credit valid for up to 90 days.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions and consumed custom facilitation deliverables are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
